Forum Development Group Key Personnel

Ron Pfohl
Ron Pfohl, Managing Member


Prior to co-founding Forum Development Group, Ron Pfohl was Senior Vice President of Development with Cousins MarketCenters in Atlanta where he was responsible for the site selection and major tenant leasing for power center and lifestyle center developments. While at Cousins, Ron was instrumental in developing the company’s lifestyle center program. Once at Forum, Ron was responsible for kicking off the company’s initial developments and was key in the planning and relationship leasing of the developments. Currently, as a Managing Member of Forum, Ron Pfohl evaluates development opportunities, and oversees leasing and marketing of its projects.

Bill Brown
Bill Brown, Managing Member


In 1998, Bill Brown co-founded Forum Development Group while at Thomas Enterprises. Bill continued to work at Thomas Enterprises through 2003 and served as Vice President where he was responsible for site selection and headed up the Leasing Department for the company. Over a ten-year period, he was active in the initial Forum developments as well as the development of numerous power centers representing approximately 10 million square feet. Bill Brown was honored as Top Retail Broker in Metro Atlanta in 1998, 1999, and 2001. As Managing member for Forum Development Group, Bill oversees the development and construction process and evaluates development opportunities.


Todd Blowers, Vice President, Development


Prior to joining Forum Development Group, Blowers was a Development Manager at Poag & McEwen in Memphis, TN, where he oversaw the development and construction of lifestyle centers from initial concept to construction completion. Earlier in his career, he worked as Project Manager for CBL & Associates in Chattanooga, TN, where he worked on all aspects of new mall pre-development. Blowers earned his Bachelor’s Degree from UT-Chattanooga and his MBA from the University of Memphis.


Jason Samreny, Vice President


Since opening Forum’s Boca Raton, FL office in 2004, Jason’s primary responsibilities have included project leasing and site identification and acquisition. Jason moved to Florida as Director of Staubach Retail Services’ Boca Raton office in 2001 where his focus was on identifying new business opportunities and Landlord representation. Here he was instrumental in bringing over 1 million sf of lifestyle retail to fruition in Melbourne and Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Prior to joining Staubach, he was with Merchants Resource Realty, Inc., and was responsible for leasing Thomas Enterprises’ and Forum Development Group’s power and lifestyle center portfolios. Jason graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Policy and Management.
